Approach and Expertise

As a therapist I partner with clients to address obstacles interfering in their quality of life.  My therapeutic style is a cognitive behavioral approach also applying psychodynamic and holistic strategies. I offer a compassionate, safe and non-judgmental environment to build trust and confidence to move forward. My approach is straightforward and interactive— together we set and re-evaluate goals as we journey to a place where  clients are content with how they are living their lives and feel satisfied with their progress.
